❗ Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to inform you.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sd50.slowdown@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will work with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue.
