Refund policy

At SLOWDOWN by AMAZ!NG PANDA, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or order mistakes. Please ensure you review your order carefully before checking out.

However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. For that reason, we offer exchange-only under the following conditions:

 

📌 Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
  • Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If the requested item/size is unavailable, we will offer a store credit instead.
  • Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.

 

🚫 No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds, store refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.
This policy applies to all reasons, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Order delays due to courier issues
  • Limited edition or promotional/not for sale items

 

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at sd50.slowdown@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

 

📦 Return Shipping Address
Provided upon approval of exchange request. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

SLOWDOWN reserves the right to reject any return/exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
